This paper discusses the concept of the "digital panopticon" and its role in contemporary society. Philosopher Byung-Chul Han introduces the idea of the "panopticon" - first developed by Jeremy Bentham in the 18th century - to describe a form of control and surveillance present in modern society. The effects of digital technologies in monitoring and controlling individual behavior are discussed, as well as the threat this poses to privacy and autonomy. It also discusses the concept of "psychopolitics" and how it is related to the use of digital technologies for surveillance and control. Finally, it highlights the importance of protecting individual freedom and privacy, while considering the potential impacts of digital technologies on social relationships.
