Starting from the comparison between the reflections present in a text published in the mid-1990s and those of today, aspects of information democracy are discussed. In the previous text, the basis of the analyzes is the conception of democracy in ancient Greece, in which the idea of a citizen excluded many segments of society. Today, despite social changes and transformations, access to information is still reserved for exclusive and restricted groups who can make use of more up-to-date technological tools. The gap between those who have and those who do not have information remains the same. The text is structured and developed into points discussed in more depth or simply indicated to be foci of concern and interests later. It is concluded that little or nothing has changed between the conclusions of the first text and the current situation.
