The study highlights initiatives such as Victor in the STF and Athos in the STJ, which demonstrate the potential of AI to optimize case screening and task automation. However, it emphasizes the importance of ethical and evidence-based implementation, ensuring that AI is used to promote a more accessible, fair, and efficient justice system.
