The article proposes to discuss the role of cultural heritage, especially that related to Science and Technology, in these times of the pandemic COVID-19. The research carried out is within the scope of Museology and studies on heritage and is characterized as a qualitative investigation, with the aim of being reflective and descriptive, seeking to portray the relationships between information about Covid-19 and the state of the art on the cultural heritage of Science and Technology (CHST) in the present day After discussing concepts such as Science, Information, Power, Heritage, among others, we proceed to an analysis of the data found, in order to show how they interconnect and aiming to characterize the CHST as a form of social articulation that makes it possible to understand the present, based on the vestiges that still exist about the past. In this context, the discussion on the effects of the pandemic of COVID-19 follows, relating to specific cases of the selected CHST (vaccines and respirators), in order to clarify how their current and potential uses can be the basis for health, political, social, legal and economic policies
