Abstract

The innovation and sustainable development presented in this study contemplate the perception of the need for works of a technical and scientific nature which are directed to the measurement of results planned by the management in their routines. This is due to the lack of studies aimed at measuring qualitatively, at the level of doctrines and philosophies, and quantitatively where the results are measured according to the perceived and quantified impacts in order to provide the creation of reference indicators to evaluate the relationships between causes and effects produced. The study therefore presents, in a punctual way, some of the main problems found regarding the execution of procedures in a timely way in order to establish levels for healthy discussions in favor of reducing environmental problems, which occur causing irreparable damage, and the effects of possible fines applied, are not noticed by the affected communities, which need to get used to the harmful effects of planning that are often well-designed and well-founded, but the results are almost always not measured. From then on, a thematic roadmap is presented, built on the basis of literature relevant to the theme and with the help of the expertise acquired by the authors, acquired during activities carried out in public and private institutions. The study contemplates its objective with the grounded construction of an evaluation application model elaborated on the Excell platform, providing the reading, interpretation and measurement of the variables that prescribe Innovation and sustainability in a related and joint way.
