HABILIDADES PARA LA INNOVACIÓN: Evidencia de un estudio bibliométrico y sistémico

Las competencias para la innovación es un concepto amplio e integral que se refiere a la capacidad de los individuos para realizar tareas que resultan en mejoras innovadoras para las organizaciones. Implica conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes y está impulsado tanto por la experiencia individual como por las capacidades organizativas. Este tema ha recibido atención en varios estudios científicos, sin embargo, aún existen vacíos en la literatura relacionada con la creación de estas habilidades. En este sentido, esta investigación tiene como objetivo mapear y analizar la producción científica sobre habilidades de innovación, con el fin de comprender cómo el tema ha sido abordado por la comunidad científica. Se trata de un estudio bibliográfico, de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo y de enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo. El método utilizado fue el Proceso de Desarrollo del Conocimiento-Constructivista (Proknow-C). Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico y sistémico de los datos. Los resultados apuntan a la composición de un portafolio bibliográfico con 27 artículos publicados en diferentes revistas científicas en el período de 2009 a 2021, con un total de 617 citas y mayor conexión entre seis de los 69 autores. También indican que los estudios sobre el tema se centran en cuatro temas clave: habilidades para la innovación en las organizaciones, habilidades para la innovación en el entorno académico, modelos de habilidades para la innovación y rasgos de personalidad para la innovación.
