A finalidade é verificar a integração de princípios éticos na inovação das Startups, as estratégias, os desafios e os impactos das práticas inovadoras. Utilizando uma abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa empregou estudos de casos e entrevistas para investigar práticas éticas em Startups. Observando o resultado que as Startups demonstram um compromisso com práticas de inovação ética, adotando políticas de governança, engajamento social e proteção de dados. Apesar dos desafios, como alinhar inovação com conformidade ética e equilibrar custos, identificam oportunidades para aprimorar a comunicação interna e aumentar a transparência. A subjetividade inerente à pesquisa qualitativa é uma limitação, mas a metodologia robusta mitiga possíveis vieses. Os resultados oferecem diretrizes para que Startups melhorem suas práticas éticas, contribuindo para um ambiente de negócios mais responsável e sustentável. A adoção de inovação ética fortalece a confiança dos stakeholders, promove o desenvolvimento sustentável e impacta positivamente as comunidades locais. Verificar esses fatores contribui para o conhecimento acadêmico e prático sobre como as Startups podem equilibrar inovação e ética, fornecendo material para o desenvolvimento de um ecossistema empresarial ético e sustentável.
