Resumo

Este artículo presenta una revisión bibliográfica sobre diferentes soluciones y análisis realizados en relación con el uso de blockchains y/o smart contracts para la gestión de aspectos relacionados con los activos de propiedad intelectual, tales como el registro adecuado a efectos de acreditar la anterioridad, la trazabilidad de la titularidad, el control de copias, la automatización de pagos, la ejecución de contratos, etc. Los análisis se realizaron teniendo en cuenta estas tecnologías cuando se aplican al derecho de autor, la propiedad industrial, la protección sui generis y los contratos de transferencia de tecnología. La metodología consistió en la búsqueda de palabras clave en bases científicas, con posterior análisis cualitativo del contenido para extraer los puntos más importantes de cada documento. En general, se puede observar que la mayoría de las aplicaciones propuestas se refieren a aspectos relacionados con los derechos de autor, seguidas de las aplicaciones para patentes, y que en la mayoría de las soluciones propuestas, el registro en blockchain se limita a la información sobre el activo, sin incluir necesariamente el activo en la blockchain.
