Resumo

Os serviços de governo eletrônico deveriam estar disponíveis em canais de governo adequados aos cidadãos, porém sua adoção ainda está distante mundialmente de um nível satisfatório. Neste artigo buscou-se mapear, no âmbito internacional, os estudos quantitativos sobre adoção de tecnologias de serviços de governo eletrônico. Foram localizados 40 artigos, publicados em 22 periódicos. O artigo contribui para  identificar fatores que influenciam a adoção de tecnologias para governo eletrônico internacionalmente e para futuros trabalhos no Brasil.
