Este artigo descreve um motor de busca, não como ferramenta informacional, mas como dispositivo socio-técnico. Para mapear o meio no qual esse dispositivo toma forma, analisamos um artigo científico sobre o Google e a patente onde o método conhecido como “PageRank.
