It is briefly presented in this paper three Marxist treatments selected that highlighted the capitalism-communism transition from the contradiction of the capitalism itself and qualify that the capitalism relation expresses dominantly under an intellectualized way. The objective is to highlight the confluence, under these aspects, among the treatments, despite being distinct. On the first part, it is highlighted the treatment of Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri. On the second part, it is emphasized the treatment of Eleutério F. S. Prado and Ruy Fausto. On the third part, it is presented the transitory space of the capitalist production way materialized on and by the laboratory system, expressing the “general intellect”. Finally, it is commented the discussion.
