This study aims to sketch the evolution of the different conceptions of value in the construction of Economic Science; from Orléan´s works, I will highlight the intrinsic historicity of value and consequently refute the substantial hypothesis. I will apply such approach to study the modalities of the creation of value in regard to the different forms of intangible capital.
