HÁBITOS DE LEITURA DA GERAÇÃO BABY BOOMER NO AMBIENTE VIRTUAL

The goal of this paper is to present an analysis of the reading habits of the baby boomer generation in the virtual environment, based on the realization of a netnographic survey during a Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil, with no period from June 1st to 30th, 2020. A research was approached by the concepts and methods developed by Robert Kozinets, in order to predict trends on the behavior of readers born between 1946 and 1964, as well as their difficulties and difficulties. It also presents the case study of the magazine Campo & Cidade, from Itu / SP, and other suggestions for its transposition to the digital medium. As a statistic, it takes Hungarian sociologist Karl Mannheim as the main theoretical framework or development concept.
