Abstract

Do estudo de usuário ao survey e à análise de redes voltadaspara o público-alvo, procura-se mostrar aqui diversos tiposde estudos que estão abertos ao pesquisador que pretenda obter dados sobre as comunidades a que se destinam bibliotecas. Esses estudos, com diferentes enfoques,metodologias e mesmo definições da comunidade estudada podem, isoladamente ou em conjunto, contribuir para o desenvolvimento da relação biblioteca-comunidade.

Library and community studies

Abstract

From user's studies to surveys and network analysis of the target population, several optionsare opened to the researcher who intends toobtain data from library communities. These studies, with different purposes, methodologies and even different definitions of the community studied can contribute to the development the library — community relationship.
