FAIRness levels in the Aleia and Deposita Dados data repositories

Research data repositories seek to disseminate and preserve data. These, in turn, need to follow best practices, such as the FAIR principles, to maximize their benefits. The objective of this work is to evaluate the FAIRness levels of the datasets deposited in the Aleia and Deposita Dados repositories. This is a descriptive study. The F-UJI tool was used for the automatic evaluation of the datasets. It was found that the datasets from Aleia and Deposita Dados have a moderate level of FAIRness. Both repositories stood out in terms of findability, but could adopt improvements in terms of reuse.
