The Acredita platform, an evolution of the Progredir and SISPRP systems, was developed to enhance the productive inclusion of beneficiaries registered in Cadastro Único through facilitated access to employment, professional training, and entrepreneurship. This study presents the challenges faced during the platform’s implementation, the solutions adopted, and the impacts generated. The methodology was based on document analysis and observation of the development processes, focusing on data migration, architectural restructuring, and integration with governmental databases. Obstacles such as database compatibility, adaptation to the new visual standards of the Ministry of Social Development (MDS), and validation of business rules were overcome. The implemented solutions resulted in a more efficient and accessible platform, with improvements in the user interface, adoption of APIs for interoperability, and optimization of validation and approval processes. The results indicate advances in usability, integration, and system reliability, making it a strategic instrument for public managers and beneficiaries. The modernization of the system enabled greater efficiency in public policy management, consolidating the platform as an essential tool for democratizing access to opportunities.
