Resumen

El intercambio de conocimientos es un proceso para que las empresas adquieran conocimientos y sigan siendo competitivas y adaptables. Las iniciativas organizativas son favorables a las prácticas de intercambio de conocimientos entre empresas en espacios de coworking. A pesar de esta prominencia, el intercambio de conocimientos entre organizaciones todavía representa una paradoja en la conducción de los negocios. Esta investigación analiza el intercambio de conocimiento entre empresas en espacios de coworking y sus consecuencias. Se realizó un estudio de caso en 5 coworkings, recogiéndose 31 entrevistas, documentos y observaciones. Los datos fueron analizados por análisis de contenido. Las buenas prácticas identificadas están relacionadas con: actuación de los gestores y empleados de los espacios en las interacciones; iniciativas espaciales paralelas; estructura interna y distribución y características del ambiente externo; plataformas digitales propias y medios interactivos de comunicación; contacto con profesionales externos; frecuencia y contenido de los eventos formales promovidos. Contribuye a la gestión de estos negocios al mostrar que los profesionales autónomos y los equipos pequeños están más alineados con la dinámica de los coworkings; los eventos formales son más favorables para las interacciones y la facilitación por parte de los gerentes es esencial; Las propias plataformas digitales, Instagram y Whatsapp respaldan las prácticas identificadas, evidenciando el desuso del correo electrónico.
