Metadatos para la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia

El proceso de gestión de recursos financieros por parte de los gobiernos es una preocupación, especialmente cuando se trata de grandes sumas. En este contexto, el desarrollo de políticas públicas se ha mostrado como una solución viable para la gestión de estos recursos. Sin embargo, existe una dificultad para definir tales políticas sin datos. Ante esto, se cree que el establecimiento de metadatos puede ser utilizado como evidencia para la elaboración de políticas públicas, especialmente en lo que respecta a los Recursos Educativos Digitales (RED). Por lo tanto, el objetivo es presentar una sistematización eficiente y que fomente el concepto de evidencia para la toma de decisiones en políticas públicas sobre los contenidos digitales, especialmente los RED. A través de una revisión de la literatura y un estudio de caso de la plataforma MEC RED, el trabajo presentó un Perfil de Aplicación de Metadatos para el MEC RED (PAM-MECRED). A partir de esto, se considera que el PAM-MECRED promueve una definición para la construcción de evidencia y toma de decisiones para la evaluación y reevaluación de los materiales según las Convocatorias del PNLD.
