The paradigm of use acquires meaning when the user is the protagonist. We approach the subject by presenting it in a practical way, describing teaching materials prepared for Online Education (OE). The goal was to demonstrate that the paradigm was applied, based on the approach presented by Collection Development notebooks for the student. We adopted a discursive approach, focused on the product. It was found that the paradigm was applied, once the notebook was presented with an interactive and dialogical language.
