The paper presents the Aldir Blanc Act (Law n. 14.017, of June 29th, 2020) and its proposals for the subsistence of workers and cultural places impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. It advises the country’s cultural managers to familiarize themselves with the Law and sets out ways to grant the subsidies provided for in the legislation.
