This rapid review aims to map basic care at the primary care level that can and should be undertaken to address the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the conceptual axes of the review are considered to be “primary care”, “Covid-19” and “medical care”. From PUBMED, LILACS and Scielo Saude Publica databases, 177 articles found, removing duplicate ones and applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 24 articles are selected. From the analysis of the studies, a primary health care agenda was built with thirteen points in increasing complexity: housing and sanitation, running water and food, health education, and epidemiological surveillance; to mobilize community agents, family doctors, oral health professionals, mental health professionals, to ensure personal protective equipment for all of them; flexible work management, guidelines for vulnerable groups at greater risk of damage and lethality, mobile clinics and use of telemedicine.
