Abstract

O Núcleo Regional de Informação do Ceará concluiu estudos de usuários dos setores industriais de frutos tropicais, saneantes e cosméticos do es- tado. Na coleta de dados foi utilizada e adaptada a metodologia desenvolvida pela CNI/Dampi/Dinfor, Redes de Núcleos de Informação em Tecnologia Industrial Básica (TIB/PADCT), Sebrae e IBICT. Os principais problemas enfrentados nas pesquisas, na aplicação dos questionários, na tabulação dos dados e anâlise dos resultados são descritos. Re- comendações e sugestões para metodologias de estudos de usuários são propostas.

The experience of the Regional Nucleus of Information of Ceará State in the achievement of industrial user studies: a contribution for the methodology

Abstract

he regional Nucleus of Information of Ceará State has concluded the user studies of industrial sections of tropical fruits, improvers and cosmethics originated from Ceará State. The data collected has employed and adapted the methodology developed by CNI/Dampi/Dinfor, Information Nucleus Network on Basic Industrial Technology (TIB/PADCT), Sebrae and IBICT. The main problems face d in the research, as well as in the fulfilling of the questionaries, in the arrangement of the data and the analysis of the results are described. Recommendations and suggestions for methodologies of user studies are proposed.
