Desafios para a Soberania Epistêmica no contexto de Plataformização da ciência: Por métricas soberanas entre assimetrias globais e assimetrias informacionais

A visibilidade e o acesso equitativo aos recursos científicos são pilares essenciais para o avanço da pesquisa global, no entanto, a realidade atual revela disparidades preocupantes. A forma como medimos a circulação da ciência do Mundo Majoritário tem mostrado assimetrias nos canais de disseminação científica dominados pelos oligopólios editoriais científicos. Enquanto isso, a crescente plataformização da ciência intensifica a dependência de canais digitais, excluindo ainda mais aqueles que carecem de acesso à tecnologia ou à infraestrutura digital adequada. A ausência de acesso às APIs para compreender a circulação da ciência do Sul Global no ambiente digital adiciona uma camada adicional de opacidade, dificultando a análise e a promoção da diversidade científica. Nesse contexto, a questão da soberania epistêmica e digital emergem como aspecto fundamental para pensar novas formas de métricas alternativas que não apenas denuncie, mas também ressalte características importantes que mostram a diversidade epistêmica da pesquisa do Sul Global. Este ensaio tem como objetivo debater este panorama desafiador sobre assimetrias globais informacionais que apontem caminhos para superar essas barreiras estruturais e promover uma ciência verdadeiramente inclusiva, colaborativa e soberana.
