The point of this article is to discuss vocational guidance in the current panorama, where work becomes a less solid reference for individuals, and where specific challenges on the theme of social vulnerability are placed. We believe in another kind of intervention, denominated Vocational Analysis, as an alternative more involved with the anguish produced by lack of employment and the destitution of social guarantees. An intervention that produces/provokes a denaturalization of the crystallized forms of dealing with such questions, making room for the invention of new possibilities.
