Resumo este artigo discute as possibilidades da criação audiovisual como linha de fuga ao Estado e à sociedade de controle. Tendo como referência teórica o debate em torno da biopolítica, do trabalho imaterial e, em especial, de general intellect, observa-se o caso específico do projeto NoAr desenvolvido em Fortaleza pela ONG Alpendre com jovens em situação de risco social que produzem um programa veiculado na rede pública de televisão.

Abstract This article discusses the possibilities of audiovisual creation as an escape line from the State and the society of control. Taking as its main theoretical reference the debate on biopolitics, immaterial labour and, specially, the general intellect, it examines the specific case of the NoAR project developed in Fortaleza (northeastern Brazil) by the Alpendre NGO with young people in a “social risk” situation who produce a local Public TV program.
